Rental and Use Terms and Conditions
Basic Use Understanding
The site must be used by either the renter or registered Dabbler for the registered purpose. All uses must be legal and follow any given restrictions given prior to use. Any violations can result in termination of use of space. Dabble reserves the right to revoke anyone use for the site for any reason. Dabble does not allow violence, hate speech, sexual content, or illegal actions in the state of Michigan within its sites. All political uses must be cleared with Dabble prior to use.
Site Use
The site must be used by either the renter or registered Dabbler for the registered purpose. All uses must be legal and follow any given restrictions given prior to use. Any violations can result in termination of use of space.
Registration Refunds and Rental Fees
Registeration fees are non-refundable but space rentals can be refunded if canceled within 14 days of the next upcoming event. Once a rental has been awarded they must be used for the registered purpose and are not tradeable or transferable to other for unregistered use.
Dabbler Education Payment
Dabble will send either electronic payment through one of several methods or mail a check within 4 business days after the completion of your successful training. Payment will consist or 75% of the total collected income from the seats sold at your training/session. A dabbler can be paid through Paypal, Facebook Pay or Paper Check. If a Dabbler has several classes spread over a month time, electronic payments remain on the same schedule but paperchecks can move to monthly. Payment schedule of a Dabbler with 3 or more registered classes is either (a) paid no later than 4 business days after the latest session or (b) paid out on the 30th of every month.
